Please DO NOT make any travel plans or book flights until you receive a confirmation letter. Once booked we will send you a confirmation letter for your travel dates. Make sure before you leave for your vacation you have all your travel documents and confirmation letter in hand.

The purchaser of this vacation is entitled to a vacation that includes a stay in

4 DAYS AND 3 NIGHTS ACCOMMODATIONS

2 ADULTS AND UP TO 2 CHILDREN 17 YEARS OF AGE

in standard hotel accommodations such as

LaQuinta, Holiday Inn Express, Staybridge Suites, Springhill Suites or Fairfield Inn

The Wisconsin Dells offer permits up to two adults and two children (age 17 years or under) per room. All reservations are subject to availability. Travel must be completed within 12 months of purchase date of the vacation. If any component of the vacation is not available with our advertised providers on the purchaser’s travel dates, the promoter reserves the right to substitute a provider of equal or greater value. Upon check-in, the purchaser will be required to provide the hotel with photo identification and an imprint of a major credit card to cover the cost of incidental charges. Transportation to and from destinations, meals, gratuities, hotel taxes, resort fees, parking, and incidentals are not included.

Customer may only purchase one voucher per household. Customer may purchase additional vouchers as gifts as long as the person/people receiving gift meets all terms and conditions of offer. No Group Travel... Group Travel is defined as more than one touring unit, (i.e. a married, cohabiting couple, single male or female), who are familiar with one another and have overlapping reservations for their stays. This also includes person/people traveling at the same time for events, conventions, meetings, etc. This offer may not be combined or used in conjunction with any other offer provided by the promoter, or its affiliates. This offer is limited to one vacation per household and is not valid for groups, family reunions

(2 or more families traveling together), or for attending a convention or conference.

PRESENTATION:

Attendance at a sales presentation on the benefits of a Vacation Program, lasting approximately 120 minutes, is required. If married or cohabiting, couples must attend the entire sales presentation together. Those who do not attend the sales presentation in its entirety will not receive the resort voucher and will be charged the retail value of the accommodations. Any guest that checks into the hotel but fails to attend the presentation or any guests not meeting the qualifications will result in being charged for all room nights at rack rate plus tax.

RESERVATIONS:

If you have already purchased and you’re ready to book your dates, please click on the link also provided in your Welcome Letter and complete your reservation form and submit form. We will handle all your travel needs, including adding additional family members, extra nights, car rentals, as well as discuss special needs and other questions you may have. All reservations are made on a space available basis from hotel allotments. Reservations must be canceled or rescheduled at least 5 business days prior to arrival date, failure to cancel or reschedule at least 5 business days prior to scheduled arrival date will result in being charged back for 1 room night plus tax. Reservations are not processed on Saturday or Sunday including cancellations and reschedules. Reservations must be made at least 7 days prior to check in date. Not showing at hotel on your scheduled reservation date will result in a charge-back for 1 night plus tax at the rack rate (published rate at hotel) of the new room. Advance notice is required as certain days of the week and times of the year are extremely limited. Guests are housed in standard hotel accommodations and will be responsible for any incidentals over the basic room cost. You are permitted to change and/or cancel your reservation one time based on the cancellation policy. A $25.00 reschedule/cancel fee will apply to all reschedules and cancellations after the first one.

AT TIME OF RESERVATION THERE IS A $100 REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT WHICH WILL BE PROCESSED

BY GLOBAL SOLUTIONS.

Your deposit will not be returned if:

1. You do not arrive for your confirmed reservation or do not cancel or reschedule within the permitted time frame.

2. You do not meet the terms and conditions of the offer or fail to attend the required resort preview.

*Any confirmed reservation that is canceled or any guest that does not meet the eligibility requirements will be subject to a $15.00 merchant processing fee and will be deducted from the deposit amount.

Eligibility

This offer is valid for couples only (married or co-habitating) at least 28 years of age or older, at least one individual must meet this requirement);
Must possess a valid driver's license or government-issued identification (at least one individual must meet this requirement);
Must possess a valid personal credit card bearing a MasterCard®, Visa®, American Express® or Discover® logo (at least one individual must meet this requirement);
Have a gross annual household income of at least $60,000 (this income requirement may be waived if at least one member of the couple is 62 years of age or older).
If cohabiting with a significant other, proof of cohabitation through government-issued identifications showing identical home addresses is required.
Must not have filed for bankruptcy protection or been adjudicated bankrupt or insolvent within the past 7 years.
Both guests in the couple must be conversant in English
Must be creditworthy, this requires guest to undergo a soft credit screening (this does not affect their credit report) and have a FICO score of 601 or higher);
Must attend and complete an approximately two-hour Bluegreen Vacation Club® sales presentation and tour.
Both individuals must attend and complete the timeshare sales presentation and tour (“Sales Presentation”) together; The Sales Presentation will be in English.
Guests shall not include employees of Bluegreen Vacations Unlimited, Inc., Bluegreen Vacation Club, Bluegreen Vacations Corporation or any of their respective subsidiaries or affiliates (collectively, “Bluegreen”); Bluegreen fixed week owners; holders of reservations at a Bluegreen Resort or preview center destination; and those who have purchased a Bluegreen sponsored vacation package without a Bluegreen timeshare purchase within the past 15 months.
No Pets

The Welcome Center of Daytona Beach, LLC registered Florida Seller of Travel # ST37782 acts as an agent for hotels and all other services supplied as part of this vacation package. Global Solutions, LLC nor The Welcome Center of Daytona Beach, LLC, shall not be liable for any loss, cancellation costs, delays, irregularities, accidents, injuries, damage to persons or property, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, arising from, or in conjunction with, any of these services. Global Solutions, LLC nor The Welcome Center of Daytona Beach, LLC will not assume any responsibility and shall not be liable for delays, cancellations or interruptions due to nature, strikes, Acts of God, acts of war or terrorism, and other acts beyond its control. This promotion will be offered throughout the U.S.; however, it is void where prohibited by law and where state regulation and/or licensing requirements have not been met. Both Global Solutions, LLC and The Welcome Center of Daytona Beach, LLC are registered with the state of Florida as sellers of travel. Global Solutions, LLC registered Florida Seller of Travel Registration # ST39282 and The Welcome Center of Daytona Beach, LLC registered Florida Seller of Travel # ST37782.

YOU MAY CANCEL THIS CONTRACT WITHOUT ANY PENALTY OR OBLIGATION WITHIN 30 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE. YOU MAY ALSO CANCEL THIS CONTRACT IF ACCOMMODATIONS OR FACILITIES ARE NOT AVAILABLE PURSUANT TO A REQUEST FOR USE AS PROVIDED IN THE CONTRACT. IF YOU DECIDE TO CANCEL, YOU MUST NOTIFY THE SELLER. NO REFUNDS AFTER 30 DAYS OF RECEIPT. PURCHASER SHALL NOT RELY UPON REPRESENTATIONS OTHER THAN THOSE INCLUDED IN THIS CONTRACT. THIS CONTRACT IS FOR THE PURCHASE OF A VACATION CERTIFICATE AND PUTS ALL ASSIGNEES ON NOTICE OF THE CONSUMER’S RIGHT TO CANCEL UNDER SECTION 559.933, FLORIDA STATUTES.

However, you may transfer the vacation package to a qualified recipient as a gift; and your package is good for 12 months, so there should be plenty of time to travel.
