Please DO NOT make any travel plans or book flights until you receive a confirmation letter. Once booked we will send you a confirmation letter for your travel dates. Make sure before you leave for your vacation you have all your travel documents and confirmation letter in hand.
The promoter of this vacation Global Solutions, LLC registered Florida Seller of Travel # ST39282 reservations are processed and confirmed by The Welcome Center of Daytona Beach, LLC registered Florida Seller of Travel # ST37782. The purchaser of this vacation is entitled to a vacation that includes Oceanfront Resort in Beautiful Myrtle Beach, 3 DAYS 2 NIGHTS PLUS 2 TICKETS TO LEGRAND CIRQUE OR 2 TICKETS TO LEGENDS IN CONCERT and permits up to two adults and two children (under the age of 17 or younger) per room. Customer must have a valid credit or debit card in their name with an available line of credit. A $75 hold will be put on credit or debit card, and it can take 7-10 days for hold to be released after checkout. All reservations are subject to availability. Travel must be completed within 12 months of purchase date of the vacation. If any component of the vacation is not available with our advertised providers on the purchaser’s travel dates, the promoter reserves the right to substitute a provider of equal or greater value. Guest is responsible for all incidentals such as, but not limited to, resort fees, taxes, long distance phone service, key deposit, meals and transportation.
Customer may only purchase one voucher per household. Customer may purchase additional vouchers as gifts as long as the person/people receiving gift meets all terms and conditions of offer. No Group Travel... Group Travel is defined as more than one touring unit, (i.e., a married, cohabiting couple, single male or female), who are familiar with one another and have overlapping reservations for their stays. This also includes person/people traveling at the same time for events, conventions, meetings, etc.
PRESENTATION:
Attendance at a sales presentation on the benefits of a discounted Vacation Program, lasting approximately 120 minutes. is required. Presentations may not be attended on check in or check out date. If married or cohabiting, couples must attend the entire sales presentation together. Those who do not attend the sales presentation in its entirety will not receive the resort voucher or gifts and will be charged the retail value of the accommodations. Those that do not qualify and have attended presentation under false pretenses will be charged the retail value of the accommodations plus taxes.
RESERVATIONS:
If you have already purchased and you’re ready to book your dates, please click on the link also provided in your Welcome Letter and complete your reservation form and submit form. We will handle all your travel needs, including adding additional family members, extra nights, car rentals, as well as discuss special needs and other questions you may have. All reservations are made on a space available basis from hotel allotments. Minimum stay 2 nights strictly enforced. Failure to cancel or reschedule at least 5 days prior to arrival will result in guest being charged back for 1 room night plus tax. Reservations are not processed on Saturday or Sunday including cancellations and reschedules. You are welcome to reschedule or make changes to your reservation without a penalty if change request is received at least 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival. Any changes made within 7 days of your scheduled arrival may incur a $100 dollar fee. Not showing at hotel on your scheduled reservation date will result in a charge-back for all nights at the rack rate (published rate at hotel) plus tax, plus cost of the new room. Advance notice is required as certain days of the week and times of the year are extremely limited.
Your deposit will not be returned if:
1. You do not arrive for your confirmed reservation or do not cancel or reschedule within the permitted time frame.
2. You do not meet the terms and conditions of the offer or fail to attend the required resort preview.
AT TIME OF RESERVATION THERE IS A $100 REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT WHICH WILL BE PROCESSED
BY GLOBAL SOLUTIONS.
*Any confirmed reservation that is canceled or any guest that does not meet the eligibility requirements will be subject to a $15.00 merchant processing fee and will be deducted from the deposit amount.
ELIGIBILITY
This Offer is designed for U.S. Citizens who are married, engaged, or cohabitating couples with a verifiable annual household income of $60,000 USD. Income excludes any and all income derived from unemployment, overtime, alimony, child support, temporary disability, bonuses, tips and/or commissions. Income from Social Security, permanent disability, and/or retirement may be excluded depending on the Westgate resort location.
Qualified married, cohabitating or engaged couples are individuals between the ages of 28 to 72.
This Offer is not considered free travel. Subject to qualifications, this offer is open to citizens of the United States and countries where registered. Participants must attend a 120-minute discovery tour and sales presentation. Westgate Resorts, Ltd. If married, cohabitating, or engaged, both individuals must attend presentation together and present a valid major credit card; no pre-paid cards or reloadable cards accepted. Guest(s) must have a valid credit card in their name with an available line of credit to hold resort security deposit and taxes upon check-in. If married, cohabiting, or engaged both parties must provide proof of matching addresses by presenting valid photo government identification, such as a driver’s license. Qualified participants traveling to Orlando must speak English or Spanish fluently; if traveling to any other resort locations, English fluently. Minimum requirement may be higher and other qualifications may vary, based on destination and travel season.
Cancellation: Unless otherwise stated, reservation cancellations must be made 5 business days prior to arrival date by 4pm hotel time in order to avoid payment of a penalty in an amount equal to the cost of one night's room rate plus applicable taxes.
Charges and Fees: End user is responsible for any and all outstanding charges and fees incurred before, during, or after their stay, including but not limited to tips, gratuities, meals, beverages, alcohol, and/or transportation costs.
Maximum Occupancy: Due to safety and fire code regulations, there is a maximum occupancy limit set for every room at any of the Resort locations. This occupancy number limit is based on state and federal regulations in regard to the size and space of each room. Every person, regardless of age, is considered as one (1) person and is counted toward the maximum occupancy limit of persons for that room and location.
No Show to Hotel: If No Show to Hotel occurs, you will be charged a No-Show Penalty Fee in the amount of one night’s room rate plus applicable taxes. For a non-refundable reservation, no refund will be provided for any portion of the reservation for No Show to Hotel. No Show to Tour: If No Show to Tour occurs, you will be charged a No-Tour Penalty Fee in the amount of Three hundred dollars ($300).
Pets: No Pets
Security Deposit: A $50 credit card or $200 cash deposit is required at check-in for incidentals. For Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino only: A credit card is required at check-in with the exception of Westgate Las Vegas that takes a credit card deposit only. A preauthorization is obtained for the room taxes and $50 per day for incidentals (not to exceed $200). Unused portions of the preauthorization are released by the lending institution after departure. Must have valid ID and cardholder must be present.
Smoking: All rooms are non-smoking, and any guests found to have been smoking, vaping, or using an e-cigarette in the room will be assessed a fee for additional cleaning. All of our Resorts are private property and deemed drug-free zones, and therefore do not allow the use or possession of illegal drugs and/or marijuana on property, regardless of state legalization laws on recreational or medical use. Persons found to be in violation of this Policy may be subject to applicable Trespass laws. This policy applies to any and all Westgate Resorts owned and operated properties. The company expects that these individuals will comply with all provisions of this policy. Where Federal and/or State law or rules differ, the company will abide by the applicable standard.
Taxes: Purchaser is responsible for any and all taxes, fees, and/or other government and/or airport-imposed charges.
Tour: A surcharge of up to $300.00 plus the retail rate of any discount attraction tickets included in the vacation package will apply if you are/have

Traveling as part of a group (two or more couples or singles traveling on separate packages). attending/participating in a sporting event, convention, or family reunion.

Consuming alcohol or under the influence of alcohol.

Residing within sixty (60) miles from the resort destination.

CFI/Westgate Resorts employee or their immediate family.

Individuals employed in the timeshare industry.

Guest who are scheduled for any other tour with Westgate during their stay.

Persons who have received the vacation package as a gift from a second party.

Anyone who is in the process of bankruptcy or foreclosure.

Children or parents of Westgate owners.

Previously toured Westgate Travel Club.

Persons who have toured Westgate twice in a lifetime. (A qualified customer must wait a full twelve (12) months before touring the same destination they have previously toured and 6 months to tour a different destination during value and standard season. Once in a lifetime during peak and holiday season.)
The Welcome Center of Daytona Beach, LLC registered Florida Seller of Travel # ST37782 acts as an agent for hotels and all other services supplied as part of this vacation package. Global Solutions, LLC nor The Welcome Center of Daytona Beach, LLC, shall not be liable for any loss, cancellation costs, delays, irregularities, accidents, injuries, damage to persons or property, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, arising from, or in conjunction with, any of these services. Global Solutions, LLC nor The Welcome Center of Daytona Beach, LLC will not assume any responsibility and shall not be liable for delays, cancellations or interruptions due to nature, strikes, Acts of God, acts of war or terrorism, and other acts beyond its control. This promotion will be offered throughout the U.S.; however, it is void where prohibited by law and where state regulation and/or licensing requirements have not been met. Both Global Solutions, LLC and The Welcome Center of Daytona Beach, LLC are registered with the state of Florida as sellers of travel. YOU MAY CANCEL THIS CONTRACT WITHOUT ANY PENALTY OR OBLIGATION WITHIN 30 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE. YOU MAY ALSO CANCEL THIS CONTRACT IF ACCOMMODATIONS OR FACILITIES ARE NOT AVAILABLE PURSUANT TO A REQUEST FOR USE AS PROVIDED IN THE CONTRACT. IF YOU DECIDE TO CANCEL, YOU MUST NOTIFY THE SELLER. NO REFUNDS AFTER 30 DAYS OF RECEIPT. PURCHASER SHALL RELY UPON REPRESENTATIONS OTHER THAN THOSE INCLUDED IN THIS CONTRACT. THIS CONTRACT IS FOR THE PURCHASE OF A VACATION CERTIFICATE AND PUTS ALL ASSIGNEES ON NOTICE OF THE CONSUMER’S RIGHT TO CANCEL UNDER SECTION 559.933, FLORIDA STATUTES.
However, you may transfer the vacation package to a qualified recipient as a gift; and your package is good for 12 months, so there should be plenty of time to travel.
This is neither an offer to sell nor a solicitation of offers to buy in any state or other jurisdiction in which registration requirements have not been met.
