Please DO NOT make any travel plans or book flights until you receive a confirmation letter. Once booked we will send you a confirmation letter for your travel dates. Make sure before you leave for your vacation you have all your travel documents and confirmation letter in hand.

The promoter of this vacation Global Solutions, LLC registered Florida Seller of Travel # ST39282 reservations are processed and confirmed by The Welcome Center of Daytona Beach, LLC registered Florida Seller of Travel # ST37782.

The purchaser of this vacation is entitled to a vacation that includes 4 nights/5-day All-Inclusive stay at a Hyatt-AM Resort Collection International Location, for 2 Adults and 2 Children (ages 0 to 2), Resort fees ($275 Includes Resort Fees & Taxes due at time of booking). All reservations are subject to availability. Travel must be completed by December 31, 2025. If any component of the vacation is not available from our advertised providers on the purchaser’s travel dates, the promoter reserves the right to substitute a provider of equal or greater value. Upon check-in, the purchaser will be required to provide the hotel with photo identification, passport, and an imprint of a major credit card to cover the cost of incidental charges. Guests are responsible for powerized motor sports and transportation including airfare and airport transportation to and from the resort. In addition to the foregoing rental amounts, Resort shall be entitled to receive any surcharge, and any other Government-imposed fees and taxes shall be paid by the guest at the time of check-in.

Customers may only purchase one voucher per household. Customer may purchase additional vouchers as gifts as long as the person/people receiving gift meets all terms and conditions of offer. No Group Travel... Group Travel is defined as more than one touring unit, (i.e., a married, cohabiting couple, single male or female), who are familiar with one another and have overlapping reservations for their stays. This also includes person/people traveling at the same time for events, conventions, meetings, etc.

PRESENTATION:

The couple (both together) must attend an on-site 90-to-120-minute AM-HYATT presentation that is required. Presentations may not be attended on check-in or check out date. Married couples must travel and attend the presentation together. Those who do not attend the sales presentation in its entirety will not receive the resort voucher or gifts and will be charged $1200.00 plus tax. Those that do not qualify and have attended presentation under false pretenses will be charged $1200.00 plus tax.

RESERVATIONS:

Airport pick-up is not included but can be coordinated through AM-HYATT during verification call. All reservations are made on a space available basis from hotel allotments. Minimum stay 4 nights strictly enforced. Reservations must be made at least 14 days prior to check-in date. Reservations must be canceled at least 30 days prior to check-in date, anything canceled less than 30 days prior to arrival date will result in a charge of $650. Reservations must be rescheduled at least 30 days prior to check-in date, anything rescheduled less than 30 days prior to arrival date will result in a charge-back of $650. Not showing up at the hotel on your scheduled reservation date will result in a charge-back of $650. Advance notice is required as certain days of the week and times of the year are extremely limited. You are permitted to change and/or cancel your reservation one time based on the cancellation policy. A $25.00 reschedule/cancel fee will apply to all reschedules and cancellations after the first one. Last minute cancellation/reschedule and No-Shows may be waived under certain circumstances such as medical emergencies, flight cancellations by airlines, legal visa situations, and so forth. Legitimate Documentation and proof are required in order to have a penalty waived.

Additional Adults (anyone 13 or older) are $125 per person/per night

Children 0-2 are included

Children 3 to 12 are $45 per person/per night

Airport pick-up available for a fee, AM-Hyatt will provide said info to the Clients during the verification call. ** Airport pick varies by destination and ranges from approximately $50-$100 per family

ELIGIBILITY

Traditional married and cohab couples ages 28 to 75 (** based on the Male’s age
Same sex couples ages 30 to 75 (** both must be in the age range) Must be Cohabitating for at least 2 years
Singles (Females only) ages 30 to 75 (Has to travel with a travel companion, if companion is a female, it can be a friend or family member. If companion is a male it must be either a son, father or brother.)
$55,000 USD minimum combined annual income
No Honeymooners
Must have a valid major credit card (no debit card or digital cards)
Must have valid ID (DL/Passport). All parties/couples must provide proof of matching address ID Such as a driver’s license and/or passport.
Offer is valid for USA and Canada residents.
Residents of the following Latin American countries are accepted (Peru, Ecuador, Panama, Chile, Uruguay, Mexico-except for Families that live in the Yucatan Peninsula). Not valid for residents of Puerto Rico.
Guests cannot have attended an AM-Hyatt Resort presentation anywhere. Only 1 (one) presentation in a lifetime.
Employees or family members or agents of Contractor or Company or their respective parent and affiliated companies are not permitted to attend a Tour.
Not valid for individuals who work in the following industries: hospitality, travel agency, timeshare related and airlines employees.
Group travel is not permitted. A group is considered two or more families traveling together to the same destination with overlapping dates and also includes person/people traveling at the same time. Any additional parties must be booked through the resort. Guests traveling with other families on the same itinerary who have purchased separate packages must disclose this information.
This promotion is not valid for Hyatt owners or Hyatt Vacation Club members.
Guests who own a timeshare or vacation package outside of their purchase must disclose ownership details.

Global Solutions, LLC nor The Welcome Center of Daytona Beach, LLC, shall not be liable for any loss, cancellation costs, delays, irregularities, accidents, injuries, damage to persons or property, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, arising from, or in conjunction with, any of these services. Global Solutions, LLC nor The Welcome Center of Daytona Beach, LLC will not assume any responsibility and shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, or interruptions due to nature, strikes, Acts of God, acts of war or terrorism, and other acts beyond its control. This promotion will be offered throughout the U.S.; however, it is void where prohibited by law and where state regulation and/or licensing requirements have not been met. Both Global Solutions, LLC and The Welcome Center of Daytona Beach, LLC are registered with the state of Florida as sellers of travel. YOU MAY CANCEL THIS CONTRACT WITHOUT ANY PENALTY OR OBLIGATION WITHIN 30 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE. YOU MAY ALSO CANCEL THIS CONTRACT IF ACCOMMODATIONS OR FACILITIES ARE NOT AVAILABLE PURSUANT TO A REQUEST FOR USE AS PROVIDED IN THE CONTRACT. IF YOU DECIDE TO CANCEL, YOU MUST NOTIFY THE SELLER. NO REFUNDS AFTER 30 DAYS OF RECEIPT. PURCHASER SHALL NOT RELY UPON REPRESENTATIONS OTHER THAN THOSE INCLUDED IN THIS CONTRACT. THIS CONTRACT IS FOR THE PURCHASE OF A VACATION CERTIFICATE AND PUTS ALL ASSIGNEES ON NOTICE OF THE CONSUMER’S RIGHT TO CANCEL UNDER SECTION 559.933, FLORIDA STATUTES.

However, you may transfer the vacation package to a qualified recipient as a gift; and your package is good for 12 months, so there should be plenty of time to travel.
